Our supported living accommodation villas are purpose-designed for your comfort, and the dedicated supported living hub and lounge are conveniently located for supported living residents and their families. These Independent & Supported Living facilities are designed to foster independence while ensuring safety and accessibility featuring step-free interiors, emergency call systems, and comfortable furniture.
You will also have access to the main Catalina Community and Health & Wellness Centre, featuring a 20-metre heated indoor swimming pool, a hydrotherapy spa, a fully equipped gymnasium, and a hair and beauty salon. We also provide on-site treatment rooms utilised by allied health professionals, including physiotherapists, podiatrists and massage therapists.

In collaboration with Baptist Home Care, our independent home care partner of choice, optional in-home support services are available as required. These supports are at extra cost and could include:
- Housekeeping and home maintenance
- Domestic assistance, including shopping and meal preparation
- Personal care and welfare checks
- Access to meals – at home or in the community hub
- Social support and social outings
- Nursing and medical support
- Transportation

Independent & Supported Living caters to the needs of seniors who require additional in-home support to assist with their daily living needs in a retirement village setting.
Where in-home assistance is required, it is provided by a registered Home Care Provider, whilst Catalina’s specific supported living villas enable ease of living and a more efficient and affordable delivery of in-home services for residents.
These home care services can be subsidised through government funded programs such as the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) or a Home Care Package (HCP), or alternatively they can be self-funded by the resident.
